Use of brand names
Manufacturer names, product names, model names and part numbers appear on rametechltd.com (the “Site”) only to identify the products that we supply or that customers ask about. We show brand names as text and do not use manufacturers’ logos. All trademarks, product names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
The use of a brand name does not mean that its owner endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with Rametech, unless the Site expressly states a partner status for that brand.
Partner status
We state that Rametech is a partner of a manufacturer only where we hold a current agreement with that manufacturer or a written confirmation of our participation in its partner programme, and only in the wording that the manufacturer permits.
At present, the Site does not state a partner status with any manufacturer.
Independent supplier for other brands
For the following brands, Rametech is an independent supplier: NVIDIA, Supermicro, Gigabyte, Dell, Siemens, Emerson, Yokogawa, AMETEK and SIKA. Rametech is not an authorised distributor, dealer or agent of these manufacturers and is not affiliated with them.
The same applies to any other brand named on the Site or in our documents, unless a partner status is expressly stated for it.
Condition and warranty
Only our written quotation determines the condition of each item (for example new, new surplus or refurbished) and the warranty that applies to it. Manufacturer warranty and support may depend on the manufacturer’s policies and on the sales channel. Nothing on the Site is a warranty given by a manufacturer.
